Founded during 2006 and 2010 by Hanwha, Korea Development bank and their respective cities, Asan Techno Valley, Seosan Techno Valley, Gimhae Techno Valley and Gyeonggi Hwaseong Bio Valley are four eco-friendly towns scheduled for completion in 2012. The towns will have a combination of over 20,000 residential units and hots more than 1000 light industrial manufacturers operating in industries spanning biotechnology to metal fabrication and electronics, and including plenty of green space. Hanwha has successfully established Daedeok Techno Valley - 4.27 million squared miles of commercial, residential, common, leisure and industrial area in 8 years. |
