Among the many jewels in our crown, we count THE PLAZA luxury boutique hotel in Seoul, and Hanwha Resort, Korea’s largest condominium chain with 12 properties and over 4,800 rooms. 

International ventures include partnerships with Resort Condominiums International, Tianlun Condominiums and BIP Country Club and Spa in China, and Prince Hotels & Resorts in Japan. We also operate Ocean Palace Golf Club, Saipan World Resort and an exciting selection of world-class golf courses in Japan and Korea.

We also operate attractions such as 63 Art Hall and IMAX theatre, 63 Wax Museum, and 63 SeaWorld aquarium as well as a number of themed destination resort attractions including Seorak Waterpia and Gyeongju Springdome water parks, Jeju Therapy Centre, Royal Saddle equestrian center, and Seorak Cinerama film lot. In addition to our dining, catering, and banquet businesses, we also manage over 300 dining facilities across Korea under the Foodist brand.

In 2012, Sino-Korea Life had begun operation which is a joint-venture between Hanwha Life and Zhejiang International Business Group.

As such, Hanwha Galleria enhanced its status as a premium shopping venue by opening Gourmet 494, the first “grocerant” operation in Korea, and Masterpiece Zone, a permanent exhibition area for high-end products.
