Hanwha sat down with Le Thi Bich Tien from Hanwha Life Vietnam to learn more about how the company is working to provide residents in Vietnam with financial protection, long-term planning, and peace of mind.

Le Thi Bich Tien may be a new addition to the Hanwha Life Vietnam team, but she's wasted no time making an impact. In just six months as an Employee Engagement & Internal Communication Senior Executive, Bich Tien has already established herself as a key player in the company's growth and success. She takes great pride in her role as a bridge between managers and employees, bringing a fresh perspective and cultivating a culture of happiness and growth for everyone at Hanwha Life Vietnam.
Since its establishment in 2009, Hanwha Life Vietnam has expanded its workforce to nearly 600 employees and 37,000 financial advisors, earning the trust of almost 1 million customers. Whether it's organizing brief team-building activities or multi-day employee events, her ultimate aim is to create memorable experiences that instill a sense of pride in every individual who is part of the company. During her six months as the Employee Engagement & Internal Communication Senior Executive, Bich Tien orchestrated various training courses and company events, both large and small, to enhance employee skills and experiences. Thanks to the hard work of employees like Bich Tien behind the scenes, Hanwha Life Vietnam's employees can strive together for inclusive social, economic, and environmental prosperity.
Among her most remarkable achievements were the planning and execution of the highly anticipated September 2022 Outing Trip, the inaugural employee event by the internal communication team, as well as a vibrant New Year’s party kicking off 2023 and celebrating the company’s 15th anniversary. These momentous events, which required three months of preparation, culminated in breathtaking fireworks displays. Reflecting on the success of these occasions, Bich Tien said, "Celebrating with our team under the sparkling fireworks, seeing the glowing faces of the 600 attendees, I realized that the Outing Trip and New Year’s Party were memorable milestones in my career.” In an internal post-event survey, both events received a rating of 8.5 out of 10 — solidifying the impressive performance of these events in the eyes of employees.
