Established in 1962, Hanwha Investment & Securities provides comprehensive asset management services, including brokerage and acquisition of stocks, bonds and derivatives, as well as sales and asset management services for various financial products. Leveraging advanced systems and competitive talent, we deliver differentiated financial products and services to customers both in Korea and abroad. By maintaining a stable and diversified revenue structure, we are able to respond flexibly to the rapidly evolving financial landscape.

In 2024, we expanded our capital base through strategic investments aimed at enhancing our digital finance capabilities and securing new growth drivers. We were designated a financial investment company specializing in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by the Financial Services Commission. Our stock-backed loan service, based on MyData, was also recognized as an innovative financial service by the Commission, just one in a series of meaningful accomplishments across multiple areas. In addition, we further strengthened our core business competitiveness by consistently earning top-tier ratings from major institutions, including the highest grade in ESG evaluations.

Our Wealth Management (WM) division, which provides customer-centric, comprehensive asset management services, is enhancing client engagement through a streamlined structure comprising eight regional business divisions and one retail headquarters. This setup enables tailored regional strategies and faster decision making. At the same time, we are expanding our customer base among both Millennials and Gen Z, as well as VIP clients, through our enhanced digital platform, refined content and marketing strategies, and offering specialized financial services for high-net-worth individuals. In 2025, we launched a fully redesigned version of the Hanwha Investment & Securities mobile trading system (MTS) app. This app features AI-powered news summaries and topic search functions, providing users with an innovative digital investment experience.

Our trading division is diversifying the revenue base by expanding proprietary investments in unlisted assets and developing specialized products targeting the retirement pension market. We continue to maintain stable growth by strengthening our investment operations infrastructure and risk analysis capabilities. Our wholesale division provides brokerage and investment information on stocks, bonds, derivatives, and financial products to domestic and international institutions and corporate clients, maintaining a high level of trust in major institutional evaluations. We will further reinforce our competitiveness by expanding our global businesses and diversifying our product portfolio. In the investment banking (IB) division, we are expanding into new business areas such as acquisition finance and alternative investments, both domestically and internationally, while also broadening our profit base through various investment products utilizing external capital. Along with our customized financing support for SMEs and venture companies, we are preparing tax-reducing solutions and specialized products for high-net-worth SME owners.

As part of our expanding global operations, Hanwha Investment & Securities is pursuing localized strategies centered on Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia. In Vietnam, we are diversifying our revenue through digital services, including the STOCK123 investment education app, the ALPHA TRADING mobile trading system (MTS) app, and E-KYC services that use facial recognition technology. In Indonesia, following the completion of our acquisition of Ciptadana Securities, we are focused on advancing our MTS platform and reinforcing local infrastructure. Our Singapore entity continues to expand our global financial market presence by actively identifying promising alternative investment opportunities across Southeast Asia.
